The Canton Regional Chamber in partnership with the Manufacturing Advocacy and Growth Network present: ADDRESSING THE MANUFACTURING WORKFORCE CHALLENGES Can’t find qualified workers? Hear from a panel of employers who have identified unique strategies to address their workforce challenges. Representatives from leading manufacturing companies will share their best practices and experiences in finding qualified employees for their companies. MAGNET staff will provide additional models and tactics for companies seeking ways to better meet their current and future workforce needs. Information about resources to offset training costs for your current workers will also be available. Participants will have an opportunity to discuss this issue with the panelists as well as others in attendance.
